FOUNDER and PRESIDENT

Rusty Foster is a seasoned public relations and event management professional. He has placed clients with local, regional and national media, and has groomed them in persuasively telling their stories.

Rusty is a life-long resident of Loudoun County, Virginia, a product of the Loudoun County Public Schools, active with the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association; Immediate Past Chairman, Board of Directors, YMCA Loudoun County; Former Vice Chairman, Town of Leesburg Commission on Public Art; Chairman, Loudoun County Family Services Advisory Board, and serves on the Board of Trustees, Loudoun Education Foundation.

He put himself through both Hampden-Sydney College and the George Washington University, and is the first in his family to graduate from college.

He was named a 2016, 2017 and 2018 Finalist for “Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. He was named the 2016 "Young Professional of the Year" by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, the 2015 "Northern Virginian of the Year" by Northern Virginia Magazine, and one of Loudoun County's top "40 Under 40" in 2013 by Leesburg Today, which is now the Loudoun Times-Mirror.

Rusty believes everyone has a story to tell. He knows how to help businesses find their voice and to build their story. He's a master at it.

DIXIE

ADVISOR

Dixie is an expert in canine relations and focuses on the welfare and humane treatment of canines. She is active in promoting Friends of Homeless Animals, and enjoys adventurous walks, sun bathing, long naps, barking at the mailman, and enjoys her always tasty, Frosty Paws. The annual holiday card theme is her specialty.
